We want you to be completely happy with your ring. If your chosen size is wrong, we offer complimentary ring resizing within two ring sizes for the first 30 days after your purchase. This applies to sterling silver and 18ct gold-plated rings without stones. If your ring needs resizing more than two sizes or is set with stones, there is an additional charge, and you will need to select these options in the drop-down boxes. This is an alteration service to change the size of your Posh Totty Designs ring. You will usually receive your item back after 2 weeks. How Does It Work 1. Purchase this Service 2. We will contact you when we have received your item. 5. When we have finished, you will receive an email with a tracking link as it is returned to you.
