An elegant vintage silk kimono with art deco style geometric design on cream silk rinzu (damask). This lovely kimono has a diagonal design that has varying sized diamonds in shades of toffee, brick, ochre and burnt orange on a cream silk background with a tiny dot pattern. Rinzu is a silk damask fabric in which a subtle, repeat satin pattern is woven onto a matte background. The kimono is lined in cream silk with a burnt orange ombre hakkake (the inner cuff and hem of the lining). These handpicked, hand-sewn, artisan made vintage & antique pieces are imported directly from Japan. Sometimes they may exhibit slight signs of wear or very faint blemishes as part of their vintage or antique nature, but overall are in excellent condition and suitable for wearing.
