This is increased for variegated colors. Make sure to get enough yarn for your project and we will do our best to check that the skeins you receive visually match. To ensure random color distribution we recommend that you alternate for at least a few rows when joining a new skein, but alternating throughout an entire project will yield the most even results. Additionally there are specific colorways that do not have dye lots. For these highly variegated yarns the absorption of the dye can vary even within the same batch meaning that every skein can be very different.
