The main structure extends only around 400 mm from the wall, with the lat pulldown pulley extending 705 mm, making it ideal for strength facilities, performance gyms, personal training studios, and home gym installations where space efficiency matters. At its core, the system uses two independent 100 kg weight stacks with 5 kg increments, providing smooth and precise load adjustments for both strength training and functional exercises.
