The Fraterworks® Perfumer's Palette™ is a range of dyes that can be used alone or in combination with each other to add vibrance and colour to your perfumes or cosmetic products. Our proprietary blend of FD&C and D&C colours are sold in liquid form. Perfumer's Palette colours contain preservatives and distilled water which is perfectly safe for alcoholic perfumes in the quantities needed for colouration. Typical use is from 0.01–0.5% of finished product. This product complies with the current BP / Ph Eur Preservative Efficacy Test Criteria A for Topical products. The PET Certificate can be downloaded below. At these low levels, staining of clothing or skin is minimal to none but you should always test your finished product against white cloth or paper. Riotous Red contains FD&C Red 4 (Ci 14700). According to the New Zealand cosmetics group standard, this product should not be used in hair dye products but is permitted otherwise.
