The Ripper Cap is the fastest pouring cap option on the market—pouring 5 gallons in under 1 minute! Say goodbye to the waiting game and hello to instant fluid transfer like never before. Compatibility The Ripper Cap is designed for top-load tanks and will not work with: Side-load tank openings Tank inlets smaller than 1.42" in diameter Requirements For proper operation, your setup must have: A top-load tank that allows the jug to remain upright while pouring A tank opening of 1.5" or larger (recommended) The ventilation line installed correctly in both the cap and jug handle A clear, unobstructed tank opening (no filters or long filler necks blocking the nozzle) Because the Ripper Cap flows so quickly, any obstruction can cause fluid to back up out of the tank. For smaller tank openings or shallow tanks (including many KTM, GasGas, and similar models), adapters are available separately. Important: Current Ripper Cap accessories are only compatible with current-model Tuff Jugs and will not fit previous jug generations. Please verify your jug model before ordering.Use notice: For compatible utility fluids and applications only. Do not use Tuff Jug utility containers or accessories for fuel or kerosene.
