RISING PHOENIX These leaves come from 80 year old trees, and is thrice charcoal roasted by tea master Lin. This tea gets better with age as the charcoal mellows out. The most disti nguishing feature is that RISING PHOENIX’s peach and floral notes robustly take center stage.
