Rhubarb Jam has that bright, tart flavor that wakes up a piece of toast in a hurry. There’s enough sweetness to round it out, but the rhubarb still gets to taste like rhubarb, whic h is kind of the point. We like it on warm biscuits, toast with plenty of butter, and pancakes when you want something a little different from the usual berry jar.
