Producer Note Lovely toasted marshmallow, apple strudel, vanilla custard, some nice oak spices. Finish is long and spicy, with good level of green apples….nice oak, nutmeg. 'Wonky Whisky!' This is how they describe it! Using clay modelling to create their unique bottle shape, and then using 'wonky glass' that is created when glass makers change colours and is usually thrown away, each bottle is unique. Show more
