The Connection System This cable is half of a two-piece system. The RJ45 Bulkhead cable mounts permanently through your enclosure wall and seals it to IP67. This cable's threaded connector torques down onto that bulkhead with a silicone gasket for a tool-free weatherproof lock. The result is a clean, serviceable connection: the enclosure stays sealed and untouched, the link disconnects in seconds without opening anything, and there's no oversized hole stuffed with a gland clamping a bare cable. It's the difference between a connector system and a workaround. Connector clarification: both ends terminate in a shielded 8P8C RJ45 male plug (Cat6 FTP crystal heads, gold contacts). One end sits inside a threaded coupling ring that screws onto the matching female bulkhead receptacle. The opposite end is a standard shielded RJ45 plug for any normal Ethernet port.
