This long-wearing brow powder is made from ethically sourced, finely milled mica for lustre and sheen, and richly conditioning, brow-taming cocoa butter. Apply with an angled brush to fill in and fluff brows or dip a damp angled brush (we recommend the Back2Brow Brush) into the brow powder to define tails of brows.
