Brand new aftermarket Stator + Crankcase Cover Gasket + Mosfet Voltage Regulator Kit Direct replacement to your original unit Plug-and-play, direct fit, easy installation All products shipped are tested We have even included the opposite connector (main harness side) as we know these are often melted / corroded / defective and a major cause of repetitive electrical issues. All item pictures are accurate; if in doubt do not hesitate to compare our item to your original part.Stator: Highest-grade lamination materials Highest-grade copper windings, resistant to 200 degrees Celsius. Stator crankcase cover gasket included Connector included Rubber grommet included Brand new RMSTATOR Red Machined Aluminum Mosfet RegulatorOur new RMSTATOR machined aluminum Mosfet voltage regulator is a great upgrade for heat dissipation in any powersports charging system. After 10 minutes of use, our billet aluminum heatsink runs cooler by 33% than standard cast regulator housings. Our new RMSTATOR red regulator, equipped with the renowned Mosfet regulation technology, is an added value to any three- phase permanent magnet charging system.STOP BURNING YOUR REGULATOR RECTIFIER!It is time to update or replace your voltage regulator with the advanced MOSFET type.It runs cooler than all OEM diode style regulators. In addition, this rectifier has overheat protection, rather than burn up, it will simply turn off for a while and cool off. The quality exceeds the OEM equipment Improved heat sink and charging capabilities Higher grade of electric components Why use Mosfet Enhanced technology? Runs cooler: Runs much cooler than the traditional Shunt voltage regulator rectifier. Saves gas: Less load on the stator, less work, less fuel is used and you save. Regulated energy: The power charging your battery is steadier and smooth. Extended battery life: Extends the battery’s life and cold cranking capacity. More engine power: Removes stator load resulting in more engine power. Optimized power: Optimize power delivery by switching the stator coils on or off. With Enhanced Technology DesignThis product is an advanced design that lowers operating temperatures for extended longevity and better performance than the OEM part.Specifications: Dim ensions Stator: Interior diameter: 38 mm Exterior diameter: 107 mm Thickness: 12 mm Length of wires stator to grommet: 160 mm Length of wires grommet to plug: 330 mm Other specifications: Number of wires: 3 Number of plugs: 1 Number of pins: 3 Wire-to-wire resistance: Alternator: Yellow to Yellow = 0.5 ohms +/-20% Regulator dimension: Width: 92 mm Length: 92 mm Height: 30 mm Fixation holes center to center: 75 mm Wires length: 300 mm Other specifications: Number of plugs: 2 Number of pins: 7 Number of wires: 7 Minimum Charging Voltage: 14.5 V +/- 0.5 V Maximum Charging Current: 50 A / 500 W Open Circuit Voltage: < 15 V Operation Temperature: -20° C to 85° C Note: Battery condition is extremely important. No stator can work correctly with a bad or weak battery. Always fully charge your battery before performing any charging system tests or replacing parts. If there is any doubt, have the battery load tested or replaced.
