This brand-new high-output stator offers 20% more output compared with stock. Direct bolt-in replacement. Fully compatible with all other OEM components. Built to withstand the Australian outback, RMSTATOR is bulletproof in the toughest conditions. Made with the highest grade of lamination materials and copper winding resistant to 200°C. Pick-up pulsar coil included. Direct replacement to your original unit Plug-and-play, direct fit, easy installation Highest grade of lamination materials Highest grade of copper winding, resistant to 200 degrees Celsius Connector included Battery condition is extremely important. No stator can work correctly with a bad or weak battery. Always fully charge your battery before performing any charging system tests or replacing parts. If there is any doubt, have the battery load tested or replaced. About the bypass mod: The failure-prone harnesses on Suzuki and Kawasaki are known to develop corrosion which increases electrical resistance, which in turn, increases the temperature of wires to the point where connectors start melting. When this happens, the voltage regulator (and most likely the stator) is failing incurring steep repair expenses. Our new bypass voltage regulator brings back the renowned RMSTATOR Series technology designed to bypass the main wiring harness and connect the voltage regulator directly to the battery. This configuration has demonstrated a major increase in voltage regulator reliability in real-life scenarios over the years. Features: Series Technology Significantly lowers regulator and stator temperatures for more accurate voltage regulation, and increases reliability of your charging system components. PRO-FIT System Includes everything required to perform an RMSTATOR-style professional installation: part connectors, bypass harness and dielectric connector grease. 2-Year Warranty Covered with a 2-year warranty for complete peace of mind Please Note: All electrical components must be fitted by a qualified technician. Before fitting electrical components ensure the root cause of the original failure has been addressed. The absence of either of points 1 or 2 above, will void any warranty.
