These raw-edged bandanas are handmade in Detroit, Michigan by Rosemarine Textile founder Meg Navoy who studied fashion and sustainability at FIT in NYC. She uses plant dyes that ar e made from foraged plants, food waste from local restaurants such as avocados and onion skins, and floral waste in collaboration with local florists. Made out of 100% cotton gauze. These bandanas can be worn around your neck or your head to keep your hair back. Each piece has natural variations and light mottling effects that add texture and an organic feel. Each bandana is about 16" x 16" wide when pressed flat. The pieces are washable and it is highly recommended to use a pH neutral soap (such as castile soap) to gently hand wash and then hang to dry.
