The center panel features an interior mesh zippered pocket, ideal for holding small gear, and features 5 2" x 2" elastic loops for pens, markers, rulers and more. The military map case has a stiff inner board, making it sturdy enough to write on while on the move and in the field. Exterior pocket measures 8 x 12", with the addition of two rows of Loop MOLLE webbing offers the ability to attach modular pouches to the map case, creating an expandable system.
