CLI conducts roasted coffee tests as specified: Net Weight (up to 4 results for the same product*) Packaging Head Space Analysis -02 (x4) + CO2 levels (x4) Moisture Analysis Water Activity Grind Particle Distribution (ground samples) Bean Breakage % (whole bean samples) Roast Defect % (whole bean samples) Sensory Analysis * To assess package performance, CLI will test the net weight, 02 +CO2 levels on up to 4 packages of the same product. For products in fractional packages, please submit 10 samples each. For coffee in retail or wholesale packages, please submit a minimum of 500g total, or 4 packages each. Please allow 1 week for results. Typical turn-around time is 5 business days once we receive your samples. Results will be distributed in PDF format via e-mail. Please print this sample submission form & send along with the sample(s). Payment can be completed online via credit card. The cost is $225.00 per report/product. We will send a confirmation when your samples arrive and let you know if we have any questions.
