After departing Mount Mary, Rob Hall launched his eponymous label, which continues to deliver some of the region's finest and best value wines. Inspired by the great Cabernets that made the Yarra Valley famous, this 2024 Rob Hall Cabernets is crafted from Cabernet and Merlot, with the grapes picked slightly riper to maximise drinkability. Offering lovely aromas of dark red fruit, chocolate notes and subtle spice, this is a lovely, medium-bodied Yarra Valley red wine with plenty of flavour, silky tannin while retaining freshness.
