Inspired by the great Cabernets that made the Yarra Valley famous, this is crafted from three vineyards throughout the Yarra Valley; 56% Cabernet Sauvignon (D’Aloisio Vineyard), 38% Merlot (D’Aloisio Vineyard) and 6% Malbec (Harriet's Vineyard). Offering lovely aromas of dark red fruit, chocolate notes and subtle spice, this is a lovely, medium-bodied Yarra Valley red wine with plenty of flavour, silky tannin while retaining freshness.
