Description: Robax Platinum is formulated for fast, effective relief from back and muscle pain, tense neck muscles, and strains and sprains. Ibuprofen helps to relieve pain and a methocarbamol helps to relax tense muscles. Uses: For effective relief of pain associated with muscle spasm such as back pain, tense neck muscles, and strains and sprains. Adult Dosages for Adults: Take 1 or 2 caplets every four to six hours, as needed. Do not exceed six caplets in 24 hours, unless directed by a physician. Medicinal Ingredients: 200 mg Ibuprofen 500 mg Methocarbamol Non-medicinal Ingredients: Colloidal silicon dioxide, copovidone, FD&C Blue No. 2, ferric oxide (red), hypromellose, methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, sodium starch glycolate, stearic acid. Warnings: This product may cause stomach bleeding. Symptoms may include: feeling faint, vomiting blood, bloody or black stools. The chance of stomach bleeding is higher if you: are age 60 or older; have had stomach ulcers or bleeding; take a blood thinner or steroid drug; take with other drugs containing NSAIDs like acetylsalicylic acid, ibuprofen, naproxen, or prescription anti-inflammatory drugs; have 3 or more alcohol drinks per day while using this product. Ibuprofen may cause severe allergic reaction, especially in people allergic to ASA. Stop use and get medical help right away if you have: severe itching, hives, swelling of eyes and mouth, skin blisters, difficulty breathing. Do not use: if you are allergic to ibuprofen, methocarbamol, ASA, salicylates, NSAIDs or any other ingredient in product; right before or after heart surgery; if you are in your third trimester of pregnancy. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you: have ulcers or stomach bleeding, high blood pressure, heart, liver, or kidney disease, diabetes, any other serious condition; take drugs for depression, sedatives, other drugs especially daily low-dose ASA or any other drugs; are trying to conceive, in your first or second trimester of pregnancy, or breastfeeding. When using this product: take with food or milk if upset stomach occurs; drowsiness, dizziness, light-headedness or nausea may occur; do not drive, operate machinery, or drink alcohol; risk of heart attack or stroke may increase if used more or longer than directed. Stop use and ask a doctor if: signs of stomach bleeding occur; symptoms worsen and pain lasts for more than 5 days; any new symptoms appear. Keep out of reach of children.
