Opened in 1958, this bistro in the Marais is as far from fashion-conscious as you can get-- and that's a good thing. Behind the deep-red facade is a warm, slightly shambolic dining room with rough wooden tables, where locals feast on traditional French favorites like magret of duck and omelettes with mushrooms, accompanied by solid wines.
