A near perfect growing season produced excellent fruit across all varieties. A wet winter followed by a relatively dry summer saw crop levels lower than normal, but the quality of the fruit taken from a selection of Mudgee Region vineyards was high. Robert Stein used more traditional methods, giving the wine a little more time in oak, but still keeping it as a fresh modern lighter style. Stone fruits, citrus and melon are followed by the subtle richness of the oak and a clean crisp finish. Will go well with any chicken dish, roasted or BBQ. In winter it will complement those rich creamy pasta and soup dishes. Organic and preservative free. Show more
