The Robot Coupe CL50E is a continuous feed food processor. This vegetable preparation machine is ideal for slicing, ripple cutting, grating, dicing, shredding, and cutting french fries from all types of fruits and vegetables, as well as cheese. The CL50E motor base is constructed of polycarbonate and designed to withstand the processing of large quantities. The Robot Coupe CL50E vegetable preparation machine has a lateral ejection facility and is equipped with 2 hoppers: 1 kidney shaped hopper (6-11/16" L x 3" W) and a cylindrical hopper (2-1/4"). Metal vegetable chute and continuous feed lead included. The unit is suitable for 50 to 400 meals per service. The CL50E comes with 2 discs (28064 - 1/8" slicing disc and 28058 - 1/8" grating disc) and a 2 disc rack. A large choice of 52 discs is available at an extra cost.
