Robust Roy is an easygoing medium roast blend with a distinct chocolate note, hints of stone fruit, and a sweet brown sugar finish. We drank about six pots a day for a week to get this blend right, and it was worth it. Named after Roy, who taught our Roastmaster how to live. Every 12 oz bag feeds a shelter cat for a week.
