Château Haut Grelot has been owned and managed by the Bonneau family since 1920. Established for the cultivation of vineyards and livestock, in 1975 the family decided to focus exclusively on wine production. Today the estate totals 67 hectares and is farmed according to lutte raisonnée and organic principles. The wines are made by 4th generation winemaker Julien Bonneau, who was recently awarded the title 'Best Young Talent' in Bordeaux. This is a friendly and fruit driven style of Merlot that's just right for backyards and barbecues. Fruity and fresh nose. Generous and beautiful structure in the mouth.
