The Rockin’ Robin Sock pattern is inspired by delicate Robin’s footprints in the crisp winter snow.The pattern is a top down sock with heel flap and gusset instructions and includes charted and written instructions. It is written for both 4ply / fingering weight yarn and DK yarn. The pattern features an especially squishy double cuff (4ply version only) created using a provisional cast on, Robin’s feet created using simple two stitch cables and a slip stitch border which blends nicely into your main colour. The heel flap also has a delicate feather design which can also be worked over the top of the foot.
