Model has extensi ve detail and great running performance. Prototype: The 24 series was built by Schichau and Linke-Hofmann between 1926 and 1938. This locomotive was used a lot on long and flat branch lines in Northern Germany, and it was given the nickname of &quot, steppe horse&quot, . All in all, 95 locomotives of this type, closely related to the BR 64, have been built.
