We repair damaged rod threads by cutting the rod shorter and rethreading the end. This service restores functionality but does not include a warranty due to the nature of the repai r. $30 – Basic Rod Rethread Service (per rod)The listed price covers a basic rethread repair for one rod. If additional work is required (for example multiple rods, heavily damaged threads, or additional machining), the remaining balance will be invoiced once the repair is completed. We will contact you before proceeding if significant additional work is required. After purchase, please send (or drop off) the damaged rod to our Christchurch workshop.
