The Rodisil® Active Knee Support is a pull-on knitted knee sleeve designed to combine compression, patella support and mild medial and lateral knee stability. Its three-dimensional elastic knitted fabric incorporates different tension zones across the support. Compression is reduced towards the upper and lower edges, while the popliteal area behind the knee uses a softer construction to allow more comfortable flexion. A viscoelastic ring surrounds the kneecap to provide targeted patella support. The pad is shaped to accommodate the patella and is thinner towards the lower section around the patellar tendon. Flexible stabilisers on both sides of the knee provide additional mediolateral reinforcement and are also designed to help prevent the knitted support from folding or rolling during movement. The pull-on construction provides compression without straps or rigid hinges, making Rodisil® Active a useful intermediate option between a basic elastic knee sleeve and a more structured hinged knee brace. It may be suitable for selected tendon and ligament irritation, mild osteoarthritis, post-traumatic or post-operative knee symptoms and a sensation of patellar or mediolateral instability.
