Pella, Greece 100% Roditis Hand picked Roditis that has been fermented with wild yeasts in old oak. Aged for 10-12 months in large old oak. Bottled unfiltered and unfined. Ligas Do maine Ligas is a small family winery working with biodynamic and permaculture in the vineyards. They are located in the historic region of Pella, which is close to the city of Thessaloniki. The winery was established in 1985 but Thomas Ligas (the father), who is now assisted by his daughter Meli. The wines are made with low intervention, there is no filtration or fining, no use of sulphur in any part of the winemaking. They work with a number of grape varietals that are indigenous to the area. Show more
