We created a hot sauce inspired by the flavors of southern Louisiana. With a unique blend of cane vinegar, beets, shallots, cloves, and red peppers, this sauce brings the taste of a crawfish or seafood boil. It took time to develop, but we believe it was worth the wait for its distinctive flavor. Ingredients: water, fresno peppers, natural cane vinegar, bell peppers, beets, carrots, red peppers, garlic, ghost peppers, jalapenos, ginger, turmeric, chile guajillo, cloves, kosher salt, dried chilis, asafoetida powder, xanthan gum.
