The watch comes complete on an original Rolex 62518H folded link Jubilee bracelet with era correct 55 end links. The bracelet is stamped 4/70 on the inside clasp and bears the big crown stepped clasp which is a sought after variant of the 62518H bracelet. The bracelet does have a slight stretch which is common with Rolex folded link bracelets of this era. DIAL The dial of this specific 1970 Datejust Ref. 1601 is a unique variant that is commonly referred to as the "Wide Boy" as the marker and hand configuration are much wider in look and design than the typical stick markers and baton hands more commonly found on Datejust references of the same era.
