Few watches make a statement like a solid gold sports model Rolex. This particular model, a GMT-Master Reference 1675/8 'Root Beer', dates to circa 1976 and features a chocolatey matte brown 'nipple' dial with beautifully aged Tritium plots and a matching handset, a bidirectional rotating bezel with a brown 24hr insert showing a light and even fade, and a matching yellow gold Jubilee bracelet with a signed blade clasp. Excellent. This is a stunning example of one of the earliest solid gold 1675 models, ready for daily wear and the jet-set lifestyle for which it was originally intended! We absolutely love it.
