RollerFit have got you covered with this 5-part ‘Beginner Plus’ skate program that will give you the skills and confidence you need to take your skating to the next level. What you get? You will receive five videos that break down each set of skills, as well as a 50+ page PDF guide. We call these skills ‘beginner plus’ because they add a little extra to your skating repertoire and make skating even more fun. There are many videos out there that teach beginners, but over a decade of coaching we know that detailed explanations are key for new skaters to grasp new skills. We don’t just tell you how to do the move, but we break down the steps of how to get there. We follow a tested progression plan that will have you rolling safely and confidently in no time. We recommend pausing the videos as you work on each skill and re-watching them as many times as you need. You should feel comfortable with the skills before progressing to the next video. This helps to prevent injury and will make your skating far more enjoyable. Once you have progressed through the videos in order, you can re-watch them and work on them in any order you like to make your own skate sessions and routines. Ready to roll?
