Ancient Roman pottery sherd for sale, dating back to the 1st century BCE - 2nd century CE. In archaeology, a shard is describing glass and a sherd describes pottery. This specimen was sourced from the estate of Doctor Dean Axelson, the founder of the Ontario Archaeological Society.
