Centuria is the flagship rum from Ron Abuelo, distilled and aged in the Caribbean. Bottled at 40% ABV, it sits at the top of the range, built for sipping rather than mixing, and re flects the house's focus on patient barrel ageing and careful blending across older reserves. Expect a rounded, warming spirit with the depth and polish that comes from extended cask time. Serve at 18-20°C, neat or with a single large cube, after dinner on deck.
