KEY INGREDIENTS: African Red Rooibos Rooibos tea has a sweet, delicate, earthy flavor & is used as a caffeine-free alternative to green or black tea. It is also low in tannins which means that it does not interfere with the body’s absorption of iron as alternative teas do.
