Root Tip Elevators or root tip picks Straight, Left , Right, IN & OUT have either a straight shank or an angled shank. The small root tip pick elevators are used to remove small de tached roots.The tips are delicate. When in use the sharp tip is placed into the periodontal ligament space and the root is teased from the socket.
