The Colombian component brings a "Hydro Honey" processing innovation that offers a sophisticated, jammy fruitiness and sparkling clarity. This is perfectly grounded by the Costa Rican Natural lot, which provides a creamy, syrupy body and rich notes of toffee. Together, they create a "perfect marriage" of bright acidity and velvet-like sweetness. Expect an initial burst of vibrant red fruit—strawberry and cherry—that transitions into a dense, chocolatey mid-palate.
