Healing happens through pacing, feedback, and nervous-system safety not through rushing or information overload. This eight week container provides steady, grounded guidance as your body responds and recalibrates. The Integration Path includes: • Ongoing written support via secure email or messaging • Review of responses, symptoms, and emerging patterns • Adjustments to supplements, routines, and lifestyle strategies as needed • Nervous system regulation and pacing support • Continued interpretation using functional, herbal, and Traditional Chinese Medicine informed frameworks • Space to ask questions and receive thoughtful, practical guidance during implementation This is a collaborative process focused on application, refinement, and regulation, allowing changes to unfold in a way your body can actually sustain. Communication for this container is primarily asynchronous and conducted via written exchange, allowing for clarity, reflection, and intentional response. Messages are reviewed and responded to during designated business days. Optional Zoom calls may be added if verbal clarification or deeper discussion is desired, but are not required.
