Roots & Rocks is a limited-release single malt New Zealand whisky. Brewed, fermented, and distilled at Eddyline's Nelson brewery on the shores of Tasman Bay, where warm coastal sum mers and cool, dry winters shape barrel maturation. Made from 100% New Zealand malts including Manuka-smoked malt, triple-distilled for smoothness.Aged in a virgin American-Oak barrel specially toasted to accentuate spice, with bold notes of cinnamon, dark cherry, cocoa, and cola spice, balanced by soft vanilla and orange.
