Oakbank, Kuitpo Adelaide Hills This Rosé has a little more personality than the traditional style. It's textured, dry and bright, and demands an encore pour. It's unique style come s from barrel fermented Chardonnay for texture, Riesling for zing, and Pinot Meunier lees for depth and the blush colour. VINEYARD:Multiple vineyards throughout the Adelaide Hills, primarily based in Oakbank and Kuitpo.AROMA/FLAVOUR:Candy, strawberry and apricot. STYLE:Textured, bright, fruit driven and dry.WHEN/WHERE TO DRINK:For all occasions, but especially in the early afternoon and alfresco dining.
