Description This elegant 2023 rosé is bright and aromatic, with delicate red fruit, a hint of mint, and a fresh, refined finish. Tasting Notes Very aromatic with watermelon, wild strawberry, raspberry, and a pleasant hint of mint. The palate is delicate and rounded but bright with red fruit and a bit of white pepper. Great intensity and length with a clean, focused finish. Vinification / Production 2023 was a very moderate and not too warm growing season but by fall, the sun shone down on us and our ripening vines and bestowed upon us some lovely grapes. This rosé is a delicate one, made with a very short amount of time on the skins before being pressed. It's elegant and pretty with good intensity of flavour. Sunshine in a glass!
