Adelaide Hills Story: This unique Single Vineyard Rosé is made from 50% Durif and 50% Tannat from the K1 property. Vintage: The 2023 vintage was very cool and very even in temperature, so we were able to harvest each variety in its perfect window of premium ripeness for the intended wine styles. This was the third cool year in a row and the fruit flavours across the board were exceptional. Nose: This wine greets you with delicate aromas of cranberry, white chocolate, strawberry, white cherry, and watermelon, promising a fresh and fruity experience. Palate: The palate delivers a bone-dry and crisp sensation with noticeable notes of watermelon, cranberry, river pebble, and pomegranate. It's lively and bright, making it a versatile choice for various occasions. Pairing: Our Rosé wine pairs wonderfully with halloumi cheese accompanied by fresh tomato and a touch of black pepper.
