ABOUT THIS WINE This sparkling rose wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, hand-picked from our own estate. It is made using the classic bottle fermentation method. It is bright pink in colour with a persistent bead. The wine has hints of pomegranates and red currants on the nose and the palate is crisp and refined, with flavours of red summer fruits. ABV: 13%.
