Carpet Rose 'Pink' can produce over 2,000 iridescent blues over 2-3 years! From spring, petite semi-double, pink blooms appear. The flowers have a pleasant fragrance and a notable ability to retain beautiful, pink colour for the entire life of the flower even after rainfall. This is easy to grow, sprawling rose ideal as a living mulch in the garden. Low maintenance with no spraying required due to their great disease-resistance. All the carpet roses are ‘self-cleaning’ and very rarely require deadheading. Roses require moderate watering, especially during hot weather. Applying a layer of mulch around the base of the plant will help to retain moisture during dry periods. This rose has won many prestigious international gold awards, including one in the All-Deutsche Rose Trials (ADR), notable for its vigorous three-year performance test conducted with not treatments or spraying.
