Dominant oils: Rose Maroc, Damask Rose, Rose geranium Function: A sensual celebration of the Rose.This blend can also be used for scanty or absent periods, low self-esteem and othe r similar states. Use: Inhalation, diffusor, massage Direct inhalation: Put a few drops on a tissue and inhale the scent. Dropping a few drops on a wet washcloth in the shower or bath also works well. Diffuser and nebulizer: 3-10 drops into water for a diffuser with a heat or air source. Use about 3ml for a nebulizer operated by an air pump. Massage: Use 15-30 drops per 1 oz (30ml) carrier oil or lotion and massage into desired area. Grapeseed, Jojoba, Sweet Almond oils are best for this purpose. (2-4% dilution) Bath: Add 1-5 drops into bath water CAUTION: Never use Aromatherapy Blends undiluted on the skin, except when placing ONE drop on the pulse points as perfume.
