Our exquisite Rose Hydrosol is a certified organic, 100% pure and natural food-grade product that does not contain any additives, preservatives or synthetic substances. This very special hydrosol, contains about 0.10% of Rose essential oil - aka Rose Otto- a remarkably high percentage - as a result of a second distillation called cohobation. Rose oil acts as a natural preservative, and keeps the hydrosol stable and free of microbial contamination for 18 months from the date of production. This is one of the only hydrosols we don’t distill local, but Bulgaria is know for its Roses, and this high quality Hydosol meets our standards. Rose has a universally balancing action on absolutely all skin. It is nourishing, softening, hydrating, cooling and balancing. Due to its astringency it has long been used for redness in the skin.
