Connect to the pendulum by holding it in your hand or close to your heart for a few seconds or breaths. Identify your unique "Yes" and "No". This can easily and quickly be done by holding the top of the pendulum chain in one hand and releasing the crystal with the other, whilst asking "Show me a Yes".
