Gentle aromas of redcurrant & fennel seed. Crisp, light-med palate with body and weight, notes of air-dried ham & bay leaf. Aromatically shy but expressive and generous to drink, a ll aged in old oak on lees.Last year the Corsini family grafted some Sangiovese for me. In the future this wine will use a mix of MAT 6 and MAT 7, both of which are Brunello clones. This is mostly the MAT 6, which shows lovely red fruit and less tannin, lending itself to Rosato production. Show more
