About This Collection: "I’m interested in the everyday objects that surround us but which are often overlooked. Many of the objects in these paintings were found on the ground. Som e came from my pockets, accumulated on my kitchen table, or were grown in my garden. I’m a slow painter and I work from life, which gives me the opportunity to spend long amounts of time with things that were only intended for short-term use.
